Default Looking learning, want to start a tour company

Hello all,

I had my first glide a few years ago and had a blast with my wife and its one of our favorite things to do on any vacation. I live in Portland, maine and its turning into quite the tourist town with lots of cruise ship traffic, it had a segway tour company several years ago but is non existant today. I have a job that provides me with more time than money and am thinking that stating a gig like this is right up my ally. Im descently handy and have a basic understanding of electricity and batteries and find this technology fasinating. Im not a story teller but have lots of friends that can. Id really like to connect with the folks that ran the company here and see what they have to say.

Also... ive only been researching this a bit but it seems some business are connected with segway and all of its business guidance and some just barley use the equipment. Id like to hear some opinions from both sides on the pros and cons and whys of either approach.

Thanks
John
