Default Oregon Glider

Greetings all!
So far I'm the first and ONLY Segway owner in Cottage Grove, Oregon. I glide to work most afternoons, right into the building and down the hall to my office. In this small community of loggers, mill workers and general rednecks, I cause a lot of tripping, jaw dropping, double-takes, and near miss traffic accidents. It makes me giggle.

Best Saturday: pack up a thermos of coffee, book, apple, couple of bagels, maybe a peanut butter sandwich, fishing rod and light tackle, glide 6 miles up the Row River Trail (Rails to Trails conversion), slip down into the shade under the covered bridge and scare some fish. If you park the Segway just right you can use it as a back rest while you feed bait to the brook trout.
