Default Battery codes after impact

Hello gliders.
I am new to gliding. I am disabled and would pay double the MSRP for a Segway.

I hit a hidden obstacle at 4 MPH that smacked my battery hard. The forward battery screw mount fractured off.

I have E102 codes and an 10A code when I switch the battery around.

Before dropping the bucks for a new set of batteries would anyone with experience confirm my new for new batteries? The up side is that these are 6 year old batteries.

I appreciate the redundancy of the battery design as there are three other screws holding the battery still. I will try to "glue" the screw mount back in place with a metal bonding agent.

Thanks
