Unhappy Error code help

Hello guys,

My name is jonathan and am a new owner of a X2 segway, but, i just got a code E804. does anyone knows anything about this issue?

According to MTO Battery’s site, it means “CU A POWER SUPPLY TRANSIENT FAULT”. Most Segway errors and diagnostics are not public knowledge. Call a dealer and ask.
