PMS3 - Pimp My Segway™ ]|[
Ok, Starting the photo library
Justin brought me a handlebar that was not working, but he cut it in half, I replaced the broken guts and used that as my base for my new handlebar First thing I decided was that I needed a Horn; So I added a 'horn' button Here is the base Since I was planning on running a touchscreen / navigation / !!! thru the handlebar I decided i needed ROOM to pass 'many cables' And I wasnt kidding here is the wiring that I am passing thru the handlebar! More to come Jonathan

Trademarked?
Great job!
By the way, your thread title says "Pimp My Segway", and that it's trademarked. That's funny, I can find no record that the phrase was ever trademarked. So, I just applied for it!!! Just kidding Jon.... If you're serious about protecting the phrase you should have it trademarked. Using the 'TM' improperly is a no no....

I see the Garmin GPS reciever... but are you adding other info. or touch screen commands?
Hopefully Segay will release the mounting bracket for the i2 so I don't need to make one. Then I'll add my Tomtom 910 GPS and some Whelen LED warning lights. Post pics when it's done! |

Jon,
I apologize. I looked up the law and you are absolutely right. I stand corrected sir. I learned something new today! Thanks...

Did you see this alternative to the Segway mount that Isidore found? I got two of the small ones and it seems pretty sturdy. http://forums.segwaychat.com/showthr...unt#post128097 John |
