We absolutely experienced a few issues early on which have been addressed. One thing is certain, we have always stood behind our product and we always will. ALL problems will be addressed. We are getting a Segway to use for testing. Once that arrives we will be able to fully test the circuit boards as well to insure complete compatability and performance.

Awwright, Jason! Now you can practice what we preach!

Please make it very clear to the company that you need to test the Segway under many different conditions (Morning, breaktimes, after work, on weekends, at the park,... ). And the testing will take miles of gliding.

Aloha,
Roger

Of course, they'll have to get a gen one in order to be able to test both chemistries, but on the downside the gen one logs are measured in hours and they don't have any sort of odometer to measure mileage although a gps can serve as an odometer.

You got it! I can put an odometer on it as well if need be. Time will tell what we end up with as they are still on the prowl for something. The dealer I'm speaking with about this completely understands my needs and I trust they have my best interest in mind.

Thumbs up Weird Behavior--the sequel...

Jason at MTO has contacted me, and I am sending back the batteries for their analysis and repair.

It should be noted that:
• Jason personally called me (on a Saturday, no less), rather than send a never-ending string of e-Mails
• MTO sent a prepaid UPS pickup for the batteries
• MTO will send the repaired batteries back to me
• Jason openly shared that they were doing some spot checks for QC, and that they have modified their QC procedures to make sure that each cell is tested individually now
• Jason mentioned that there were a couple of other Seg-Chatters that they are doing re-do work for, and personally apologized for the problems for my batteries, and the other Seggers affected

This is a stand-up guy, and a company that values their reputation and customer satisfaction.
