Lean Steer Adjuster Fix
Hello all, here is my latest project. I just hate it when I pull on the handlebar and it slips upward.
I have posted a project on the WIKI site with my fix. Improvement on the adjustment knob Don't forget to post your projects on the WIKI, that's what it's there for.

A single little washer added to the knob completely fixed my problem, as you have pictured in your project.

increasing knob size
Does anyone have a suggestion for adding something to the tightening knob to make it bigger, and easier to grip - especially when wearing gloves?

And while they are at it, please change the shape to hexagonal or octagonal. I find it difficult to crawl under a car to retrieve the sections of this as they roll away from me if accidentally dropped. I have a small wad of blue "tack-it" putty to hold the pieces together...and it does help.

handle-bar to Lean-Steer tightening device
Your grip looks like an excellent solution to the tightening problem.
1. Of what is it made? 2. Do high or low temperatures affect its shape? 3. What is your email address (needed for PayPal)? 4. Do you have multiple units on hand (Every glider will want one!)? |

Technically yes, but will it matter no. I don't want the spam bots devouring my email so I will PM it to you. Since these are produced on my 3d printer I can make these on demand so inventory is not a problem. If anyone else wants to purchase just send me a Private Message. |
