Another Alternative
The Segway Ninebot Elite PTR has an optional knee bar, which means that you don't need any hands to operate them. (Also the Elite C model).

I remember the Mikey commercials...
And I made a knee drive mod for my i2 back in 2007. (Got the machine in 2006, but did not make the knee drive right away) I have never driven a ninebot.
