Since the current administration suspended the proposed (scheduled?) review of such issues, these documents are no longer fully relevant but still worth a look through.

This is not new news here as we are in contact with the DOJ on a very regular basis.

Yes, there was a temporary postponement of all matters of the Civil Rights Division until a new head was appointed. I would not say that this issue and the comments made during the period of public comment are not relevant .

And so it goes. The wheels of justice move at their own pace, but we have been working on this daily and hope to see a decision , one way or another, in the near future .
