Red flash problem

Hello guys i have problem with my segway i tried already lot of steps but still nothing -
1. Balanced it - wont work
2.unplugged all cables - wont work

here is video how it looks like
please help if someone know how to fix this.

This is not a segway sir....I will bet its called a Swagway?
The product you have has some serious problems, and has nothing to due with the Segway corp.....

Most of the community members here are Segway owners and Segway fans--and unfortunately that machine is not a Segway

Lots of helpful people around here--but unfortunately little hoverboard knowledge.
