how do i post pics?

i see everybody post pics in their threads and i cant figure out how to do it. can you help me please?

Place the code "[ img]http://www.example.com[/img ]" around the hyper link of the picture you would like to show everyone.

Also, you can highlight the hyperlink and press the

on the top of the post box and do it that way to..
