Internationalisation of "members search" function

Thanks for all your efforts in keeping this chat site running. It really is well structured, easy to use and has lots of useful features.

I know this has been asked before, but it really would be good to internationalise the member search facility. There seemed to be more members popping up all over the world, and it would be great to be able to locate people easily.

I know you that you probably are very busy, so if you need some help updating the site, I am a software developer. But please let me know soon, as I am planning to get a p series when it is released, and will probably have less time then

Also, I was wondering what the backup policy on the site is. The site has accumulated a wealth of knowledge, and it would be a shame if it wasn't regularly backed up.
