Congrats DRAFT, with the hard work and support of good folks like Alan (Tarkus) its easy to see why ICOA would honor you with this certification! I'm sure there are an awful lot of disabled vets that will benefit from your high standards. Keep up the good work!!

We have some benefactors who prefer to remain anonymous and candidly we have scores of names which we have not yet updated.
