Default (un)Professional tour guide

There's nothing quite like a good professional tour guide setting a good example and Frankly, this is just that... NOTHING QUITE LIKE IT.

I would have fallen off my seat laughing if he had no recovered it.

Monkey see monkey do.... Its a pity!

Enough monkeys out there will muck it up for the responsible gliders out there.

That looks like Fort Mason Center in SF with the San Francisco Electric Tour Company. I've been on their tour and I found it really well run with a knowledgeable and responsible tour guide. I'm sure this was an isolated occurrance. Those guys know what they're doing.

Default Yes that is the San Francisco Tour

I'm the very embarrassed owner of SF Electric Tour. And yes that is one of my guides. We run a very tight operation or so I though.. This thread and that video will be featured at our Monday AM guide meeting.. and will not happen again..

Thanks for posting the video. I'm alway interested in all the news and feedback - The good, the bad and in this case the ugly !

You can't ask for more than that. Good on you for owning up and pledging to put things right in the future.

I agree. Even though it was clearly a laps in judgement, that ship seems to have a good keel, and a responsible master...

I have found that mistakes are an every day part of life... Often times people get too excited about them, in my opinion...

I have found that mistake recovery is often a better judge of the worth of a person, or organization, than the error itself... (As long as there is institutional memory of the mistake and it does not repeat itself forever...)
