DarthSegVator Member Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: Milwaukee, WI Posts: 688	Wisconsin Billboard - Hope and Change Saw this the other day. It apparently went up just after the health care vote. It is located on I-94 westbound at CTH E in the Town of Concord enroute from Milwaukee to Madison.
