Infokey Segway I2 servers are down ?

The dealer in my country can't program infokeys ....
Are the servers down now ?
Can any one knows how to program it?
Also is it possible to read the FLASH and program it?
If I have a working key?

I can read / write infokeys. We always have several used and new infokeys for sell.
Can recover keycodes by serial number
