etak Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2003 Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Posts: 57	i167 Lithium-Ion battery upgrade I have an I-series i167 Segway, purchased in 2004. It's been in the shed for a few years and now the battery is not charging. I heard that it is possible to get the new Lithium batteries installed if you upgrade to firmware version 14.0. My question is, if the original batteries are flat and not serviceable, then how is it possible to install the firmware for the new ones?
