I'm sorry, I think you got confused. What I was referring to was putting asiide the old electricc bill for a while. I would, of course, stay current on my new one. The good news is that I pay my electric through the landlord. She charges $35/month no matter what the usage. Considering the small size of all of these apartments, she is probably pulling a profit!
