Did you try to disconnect the cable inside the handlebar? Remove the handlebar and disconnect the internal cable, reconnect and try.

I'm not very impressed by the quality of this babe.
She's awesome, and she's the best toy / tool I can remember having BUTT: Electronics stinks. A LOT. The connector inside your handle bar like iMak said, as well as the spare battery connector causes all sorts of UFO problems. Reconnect both of them. Also, some times having a look around the app might yeld some clues about voltages, temps etc. |

I love my i2 SE, but there’s no question it’s a top shelf piece of gear. An engineer’s wet dream - basically “build the very best you can and don’t worry about cost of goods.” I think I like that as much - if not more so - than riding it. |

The new Drift W1 skates look like they have small enough batteries (low stored energy) that they can go on airplanes with you like a laptop. However, their small wheel means they are only good on smooth airport floors and sidewalks. I am thinking of getting the Drift W1 just to play with and check out what they can do. They fit in a small back pack. |

songevan,
There might be a loose magnet in the hall sensor in the brake. You can remove it with some fairly intensive surgery, there are videos on youtube if you search for ES2 Repair Throttle that will show the general procedure. Just don't do what I did, and accidentally let it tip over. Bent the throttle lever up somehow 90° up from where it should sit and in the process ripped the sensor off its leads entirely! ..A very slow wait for a package on a slow boat from China now... Forums software wont allow me to edit in a youtube link without destroying my former post - sorry I keep trying but it keeps thwarting me. Good luck with the search, maybe email me and I can send you the one i had found with the procedure. Thanks!
