x2 ChargeMos OFF

Hi Guys.
I have just replaced all the cells in my segway batteries (74V li-ion Rev AF).
The batteries work fine in the segway but one is not charging (Red Light). On a battery tester there is a line saying "ChargMos OFF" I thing this is some kind of protection mode in the BNS to stop you charging a faulty battery. Now that the cells have been replaced I was hoping that a member knows a way to switch the mosfet back on.
Appreciate any help. New boards are very expensive.
