Evolution of Toyota "personal mobility"
It looks like they're (at least theoretically) looking to "put on a show" with some of their prototype "personal mobility" vehicles.
It's like Disney on Ice Except way different. And yes, this does have something to do with self-balancing technology -- they have a walking robot (I'm assuming very prototypish, since they expect it to carry mobility-impaired people UP STAIRS). Either that, or Japan is not a sue-happy country.
