![]() Just noticed an Australian made iButton reader.
I don;'t have one, but I thought it good to spread the word. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/mTrax-iB...s/201951536896 |

![]() Hi Michael,
it seems you are the persorn who can help me. I have a i2, i have this trouble : - if i connect it to power line, i can switch ON the segway with InfoKey. - if the Segway is not connected to power line, i can't switch ON the segway with InfoKey. Battery is new. Battery can be full or half full, the mistake is the same. Is possible, there is an internal battery on the Motherboard can be failed? Or any trouble? Thank for your help. Best Regards Jerry. Quote:

![]() The problem is not immediately obvious to me.
Sorry. May I ask some questions. There is small coin battery inside the infokey. Is this battery quite new ? Is this a branded ( good ) battery, or a cheap ( bad ) one from the local dime shop? How old is the i2 ? By inference, how old are the batteries ? All batteries perform poorly when cold, is your i2 stored in a cold garage, or in the house ? This may help find the problem. Michael |
