Lost Liberty Hotel
Well it looks like turnabout is fairplay after all. Given the recent finding by the Supremes in Kelo v. City of New London that basically allows a government to take your property and transfer it to another individual who would use it better than you, a developer has submitted a proposal to the town offices in Weare NH to build a hotel on property currently owned by Justice Souter. Inasmuch as Justice Souter voted with the majority to allow such takings it strikes me as a fitting tribute to the decision.

Sounds like a good spot for a vacation week... I want to call the developer and book a room now...

Book me for a week in the fall of "200whatever" so I can see the colors that New England has at that time of year.
