Flashback: Keep scooters off (Seattle's) bike path
Here's a column from last year's Seattle Times. A little bit of a flashback. An interesting point of view. Are you in contact with this writer, pt? It might be time to revisit this opinion and perhaps find some common ground?

i sent this fellow an email not too long ago, not reply. i doubt the jouralists who took such an stance would cover my boring-*** 190 days / 950 safe segwaying story. add to that, i ride my faster heavier bike on all the places he wanted segways not to go-- well, i'm pretty sure he's not going to write my story.
cheers, pt ====================== segway ht journal: http://www.bookofseg.com other stuff: http://www.flashenabled.com |

Well, I just meant starting a dialogue. He seems to be anti-rentals as well.
But yeah, it may still be too early for him to see any perspective on his story. As for now, he could still claim that all the bad things he predicted will still happen. -Bruce Wright Segway: Vehicle of Dream |
