Default Barcelona Segway

I was in Spain last year and met the owner of Malaga Segway tours. From what I understand, Barcelona is a great city to have tours in, and could easily support other Segway tours, however, it is extremely hard to open a business in Spain and Spanish employment laws are tough to abide by. Employees must be given 1 month paid vacation and are actually paid an entire month's salary as a Christmas bonus, plus it is nearly impossible to fire an employee in Spain. Import taxes and VAT are also very high, even for the Euro region. Even with those barriers, I think a couple tour operators could make it, and I have looked at opening one myself (My wife is an EU/US citizen). I think that Barcelona could be in the same class as DC, Chicago and Paris, as the world's greatest Segway tour cities!
