I recently purchased a slightly used black minipro. The battery indicator has no bars in it when you turn I on, the phone app wont connect. I when you flip it over and turn on.. the wheels spin indefinitely. it only goes about 5mph but handles well. the head lights blink continuous 2 then 5. I understand its a communication error of some kind. Will a new center console control board correct this?
