Hi,

I bought a Segway Ninebot ES4 this week. Activated it and load the battery.
My problem is that the Ninebot only goes 10mhp i have had other try it who is both less my weight and more same result it dosent go any faster

Specs say 19mph. the kickbike has the latest firmware and is otherwise working as it should.

Any thoughts ?
