Hi,
I'm new here, but I have searched the net most of the day, in hopes of finding out why I'm getting the error 32.
I got 4 Segway Ninebot ES2/4 (Two with extra battery, two without) and I bought 4 new dashboards.
When I connected them, I got error 32 - I can connect through the App, but the scooter is locked and a popup shows with "undefined error (32)".
After a while, I was almost giving up but I started to disassemble the internal battery. By accident, the battery got disconnected, so I re-connected it and tested it one more time. This time, it worked!
So, my thought was that I had to reset it completely by disconnecting the internal battery. I tried with the 3 others, but they all came up with the same error.
I can't really figure out what the issue is, or what is causing it. I was thinking about testing with the dashboard that I got working, but I'm a bit afraid that it might mess something up and then I have zero working scooters :|
To clarify, I bought the scooters at auction, so everything is legit
