No.
There's no real way to hot wire a Segway.
The key is a security device.
Stolen units cannot be used without a key.
That is the other side of the coin.
Way back, years ago, when we were a Segway dealer, anyone requesting a key (or keycode) had to prove they were the bona fide owner.
It was quite an exercise back then, even with the cooperation of Segway.
