Hows the BMS going.
Im trying to get an old Gen 1 up and running again and the batteries are a major problem.
What I am thinking for doing is building a cheaper battery and a simple PIC controlled BMS to monitor battery voltage and temperature but send all necessary info to the Segway for it to start up.
How did you go about working out what info the Segway needs to start up?
