I have requested the codes for the keys for my vehicles from several dealers in Europe 25 days ago but I still got no answer... Terrible support, they just forgot/ignored my email. Then I called the official dealer in Netherlands, and she said she would forward my request to the chinese office. I thought that all the records should be in the US central...
Do you have any phone number I can call in US to speak directly to the official support?
It's such a pity so expensive machines to have such a bad support. I think that's one of the main reasons why Segway went down so badly..
