I did a breakdown of a used $2500 i2 base with Blumil, Sui Generis, Seg Free, Add Seat, Going+, and Freee F2 seats and they ranged from $6500 for the very ugly Blumil to $14,000 for the Freee F2. If you could get a Nino Robotics seat (I think there's a dealer in RI) the combo would be $9700 & a Genny Off Road with their supplied base is around $21,000. The latest and IMHO the best all-around chair and base combo is the Ogo from New Zealand and the introductory price is $17,000 when they arrive in the US in November. They'll include standard and off-road tires but only for some undetermined time.
My used base & a new Sui Generis seat will be $7700 and Living Spinal in San Diego has the widest variety of brands. If you search 'Segway wheeelchair' on YouTube there are quite a few videos available.
