Funny you should ask. We are trying to get insurance arranged for some units outside of the Gulf and have found out there are two options.

1. Insurance is arranged locally (e.g. with the local underwriting team) at a cost of ~$100. However, you would need to add a rider for use outside of the region (cost unknown) and let them know each time you will be taking the units out of the gulf (e.g., all the time)

2. The local underwriters will pass on to your local underwrites your interest. Unfortunately it is then the decision of your local team whether or not to insure.
