I got a call from segway, they asked me to restart the scooter by holding down the paddles and the power button for 10 seconds. Sometimes this works but mostly it does not.
I have had so many problems with this scooter that it is hard to list them all. Error 42, loose secondary battery, speed issues, the lights won't turn on, charging issues, software glitches, it is unbelievable how unreliable this product is.
