Have looked at the screws intently and there does not appear to be any substance in the screw. It appears that the screw is concave by design. I have tried drilling the screw and using an extractor but my drill bits broke and the extractors were too big for the tiny screws. I am efforting to acquire new drill bits and smaller extractors. Also, my Dealer suggested that a jeweler might be able to repair the faulty InfoKeys but I haven't gone that way yet.
It's a good thing that I have two (2) other working InfoKeys and seven (7) non working ones. Just trying to get as many to work as possible since they're $200+ and they all go bad at some point.
