When I painted my fenders, wheels, geearboxes and control shaft, the Fusion paint was not available in the color I wanted. So, I used a primer designed for plastic before I used regular paint for the color and then a top coat of clear.
Paint looks really cool on the Segway, but it does mark up and chip off easily. So, the machine will look great for a while, but then it will look beat up much faster than a stock machine.
