Is the case full of batteries when it is dropped? I doubt it, since Li-Ion batteries can become VERY unhappy when dropped. If it's an empty case, then the loads/stresses on an empty case are not representative. Drop the case with a load of dummy batteries, from at least 1 meter height, in three orientations, multiple times. (Frankly, a drop test on a case that should NEVER be dropped is probably not that important. Anybody out there ever break a battery case by dropping it?)

A fire resistant case is not meaningful if one fills the case with highly flammable lithium ion batteries. ABS is a thermoplastic. If the batteries go, the case melts.

If one wants to demonstrate "waterproof", then certify to a Internal Protection (IP) rating. IPx7 is minimum, IPx9K would be better.

The Aliexpress link to the product itself is broken.

Trying to go to the manufacturer's website (www.yybms.com) generates a very stern warning from my security software about an invalid ID certificate.

These batteries might be fine products, but their sales agents are half a world away, and the broken link and security certificate issues are of concern. If the business supports the cost, it would be better if there were local import/sales/support companies.
