Purchased 3 Segway KickScooter ES2 for my family 3 weeks ago. One of them has developed the fault
(reported by many) of the brake applying when the light is switched on. I understand from the forums and you tube that this a caused by an issue with the control board. To add to my woes, I'm in the UAE and the seller offers zero warranty. I knew this when I purchased the scooters, mainly because of the really good reviews. There is no Segway service center here, I'd like to know if I can request replacement board(s) sent from Segway and have them professionally fitted here?
