All you got to do is hold down this button with your thumb while holding down this other button with your index figure and use the ring finger to just touch this little pressure switch while using your other thumb and/or forefinger to hit the appropriate keys to text - all in lower case - or, if you want to use upper case letters, use another finger to simultaneously push the shift key while holding down this button with your thumb and holding down this other button with your index figure and using the ring finger to just touch this little pressure switch.
That's not such a chore for a true multitasker.
