I have a question I have a segway ninebot scooter not sure if it's es1 2 3 or 4 but I was riding it at the beach and then I looked down at the external battery and the led lights were flashing white and then it seemed like the speed went down and I went to the hill and I could only go 8mph and the led lights were flashing again on the external battery. I road it after this day and the led lights still flash on a certain dip but the speed don't slow down this time
