Hello,

I have a segway i170 with software 14.2 that boots up to power assist and then nearly immediately errors out with a platform error. I have a video but I can't post links due to my account age, but I'll gladly PM if you can help me.

If I stand on the segway while its still in power assist it does balance and go into safety shutdown.

Has anyone seen this before, any advice on how to fix it?
