Very interesting.

If you watch the video on their website (which looks like a US marketing piece rather than a CN marketing piece), it looks like the machine moves a lot like a Segway.

It's quite possible that they've taken the time to recreate self-balancing algorithms, safety systems, etc. But the photos and videos are so creepily similar to real Segways and these machines are from China: it makes me wonder if someone has taken apart the Segway's microcontrollers and manually cloned the protected firmware.

I'm looking forward to future Segway products, personally. The i2 is still the best thing out there in personal transport, IMHO, but I'm curious what new ideas the self-balancing gurus at Segway have been working on these last few years
