Update 04/15
It appears the batteries may have been sitting in Houston Texas for a week now.
(Houston to my house is normally 1 day delivery for UPS)(3 days for USPS)
2 other items that I ordered from AliExpress the day AFTER I ordered the batteries arrive today. Keep in mind these 2 teams were less than $50.
The $1071 battery purchase is whereabouts unknown at this time.
