Quite frankly, I would be a lot more understanding if INC’s service were better overall. Admittedly, it has been a while since I’ve had a repair done, but as far as I know, it still takes months of waiting (and lots of money) to get a repair done.

I might understand INC saying, “We’re discontinuing Gen 1 support in order to provide optimal support for other models.” But this is more like saying, “We barely provide any support at all, and now we’re providing even less.”

There is also another problem, which is what to do with broken gen 1 machines. Segways are not the easiest thing to dispose of.
