I am pretty sure that all of the new Segway products cost less than one battery on the old super engineered Segway models. The old weight, horsepower, and the amount of stored energy, out class all the new products.

The new Drift W1 skates look like they have small enough batteries (low stored energy) that they can go on airplanes with you like a laptop. However, their small wheel means they are only good on smooth airport floors and sidewalks.

I am thinking of getting the Drift W1 just to play with and check out what they can do. They fit in a small back pack.
