So, a 2015 segway i2SE that the seller claims to have always had the unit 'plugged in' is that good practice to leave the unit always on charge?

Claims are that still gets 20-24 miles per charge... possible/probable?

When did they start putting the Key Charm up on the handle? This one is showing down under the tilt bar... Is that an SE? (see pic)

It has the skeletonized T bar lower attach but also appears to have a dated area where the balance lights are mounted.

And, as expected, they are asking more than what I paid for my first car.
