I agree with that statement, and the same goes for both original Segs and Ninebot Seg. They are both two-wheeled balancing devices, and people fall off and do stupid things with both, so please don't suggest that the Ninebot Segs are somehow safer than original Segs just because you haven't found crash statistics specific to Ninebot Segs.
In fact, the Ninebot Segs do not have redundant balancing & drive systems, so they are less safe by design. That doesn't mean they are
unsafe.
