Segway of Bellingham
 

I have gone into this store twice. I am a cash buyer.

Twice the sales staff ignored me. Once, they were demonstrating a Segway to another customer. I waited about 5 minutes and then asked if I could 'stand on it' (like the other customer was doing) and was told that I was not allowed to do that. I asked why the other customer could and the sales person replied "...oh they are my friends".

The second time, I took a friend into the store. I may as well have been invisible. I was totally ignored while the staff joked and talked among themselves.

Enough said.... I will buy somewhere else. This store wins the "Sales Prevention Award" for 2007 and is likely to win in 2008!
