HELP!! CHARGER STAYS RED AFTER ES3 fully charged
 

I have a Segway ES3 scooter and when the scooter that I bought today I charge for the first time gets to 100 the battery bar just starts flashing and the percentage goes away and the chargers still stays on red. I have tried three different chargers and it’s the same thing over and over again and every time I plug it back in it goes back down to 99 and it takes about five minutes to get back up to 100 and it’s the same thing please help
