New here. looking for info.

Buy es2 in other hand
 

Hi..i ve got problem with my es2. It cannot switch on after fully charge and beeps like error codes 15.it only appear baterry bar and bluetooth ikon..in segway apps it cannot find my es2 blueetooth or any.i have disassemble all..and put it back together but it still cant switch on?..how can it be?should i buy another motherboard or dashboard to solved problem?or any idea how can i factory reset?pls help me??
